Families Navigating Addiction Together

When someone in your household is in active addiction, the whole family feels it. Journeys helps caregivers and children find stability — no matter where your family is in the journey.

When you join Journeys, you’re connected with a dedicated team who work together to support your whole family. From finding stable housing to building a recovery network, we meet you where you are and help you get where you want to go.

Case Management

A dedicated case manager works with you on the practical side of life — finding housing, connecting with childcare, navigating employment, and addressing the everyday needs that don’t pause just because recovery is hard.

Peer Recovery Support

Your Certified Recovery Specialist (CRS) is someone who has walked a similar road. They’ll help you set recovery goals, connect you to meetings and community resources, and be a steady, judgment-free presence through the ups and downs.

Connection to Community Resources

From recovery support meetings to local services and partner organizations, Journeys helps you find what you need — and gets you there. You don’t have to figure out the system alone.

Family Activities & Community

Journeys isn’t just services — it’s community. Family-friendly events, group activities, and a space where your kids can make friends while you build your support network.
