Lehigh Conference of Churches

A faith-based nonprofit that has served the Lehigh Valley for more than 60 years, connecting basic human needs — food, housing, dignity, belonging, and hope — to the most vulnerable in the community. Relevant programs include the Daybreak drop-in center and Pathways housing case management.

ThankFuLL Hearts Foundation

A Lehigh Valley-based nonprofit providing direct material assistance — food, clothing, and essential resources — to unsheltered individuals and families in the greater Allentown area, with a focus on reducing food insecurity and connecting community members to pathways toward stability.
